REFUND POLICY

The Architect Blueprint is a personalized digital product created specifically for each customer using the name and birth information submitted at checkout. Because personalized digital products cannot be returned or resold, all sales are final once Blueprint generation has begun.

We will gladly help when:

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• Your Blueprint was not delivered because of a technical problem.
• The downloaded PDF is missing, corrupted, unreadable, or contains information that differs from the birth details you correctly submitted.
• Another technical error caused the product not to match the description provided at checkout.

Please contact us within 7 days of purchase and include your name, order email, and order number. When the problem is caused by our system, we will first correct and redeliver the Blueprint. If we cannot provide a working corrected Blueprint, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

We cannot provide refunds for:

• Incorrect birth details entered by the customer.
• A change of mind after generation has begun.
• Disagreement with or dissatisfaction about an interpretation.
• Failure to read the product description or delivery requirements before purchasing.

The Architect Blueprint is designed for personal reflection, self-discovery, and entertainment. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or other professional advice.
